Description

A new version of the HFA application is scheduled for production release on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. During the upgrade, the application will be temporarily unavailable. For most clients, the upgrade will take place after the close of business in each respective time zone. HHFDC will be upgraded sometime between 9:00 a.m. and noon MT (6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. HST). In the event that HHFDC's upgrade is not completed in the morning, an alternate maintenance window of 9:00 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. MT (5:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. HST) has been selected. Each instance is scheduled for a 45-minute maintenance window, though we expect the actual downtime to be shorter.

We are aware of an outage with the ProLink applications that is causing you to see an error page when trying to access the application. We are currently investigating and will provide an update shortly.

Scheduled Server MaintenancePlanned Maintenance

Description

We will be performing scheduled maintenance to replace a key component of our infrastructure. This work is being conducted proactively to ensure the continued stability and reliability of our platform. During the maintenance window, all AIM/HFA/ProLinkPlus apps may be temporarily unavailable or degraded. We recommend avoiding any critical operations during this time. Although we have scheduled two hours for this maintenance, we do not plan for the work to take that long. We will post updates here as the maintenance progresses and again once services have been fully restored. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Description

A component of the Procorem application is scheduled for release to production on Wednesday, June 24th. The upgrade will occur at 6 p.m. Mountain Time. We do not expect any downtime during the upgrade, but should any service interruption occur, it will be very minimal.
