A new version of the ProLink+ application will be released into production on Thursday, December 12, 2024. The upgrade will occur at 3:00 PM MTN. Although we are scheduling 45 minutes for each instance, we do not anticipate it to take that long. During the upgrade, the application will be unavailable.

A new version of the AIM application is scheduled to be released in production on Thursday, December 12th, 2024. The upgrade will occur at the end of business day for each time zone and although we are scheduling 60 minutes for each instance, we do not anticipate it taking that long. During the upgrade, the application will be unavailable.

Description

A new version of the Procorem application is scheduled to be released in production on Thursday, December 12th. The upgrade will occur at 6 p.m. Mountain Time. We do not expect any downtime during the upgrade, but it will be very minimal should any service interruption occur.

[Investigating] We are investigating an issue which is causing latency in our HFA application. Please check back here or subscribe to updates for any changes.

[Identified] We discovered that requests to return user settings were being throttled, which we suspect was contributing to the increased latency. We are working on mitigating the issue and will implement a solution soon.

[Monitoring] User preferences are no longer being throttled. We are seeing improvements on user login speeds. We will continue to monitor the application performance and will update the status page accordingly.

[Resolved] We are seeing response times returning to normal. We will continue to monitor the applications going forward.

Description

We will be testing our Disaster Recovery plan for all applications across all regions. Access to Production applications will not be affected during this test.
