We will be performing scheduled maintenance to replace a key component of our infrastructure. This work is being conducted proactively to ensure the continued stability and reliability of our platform. During the maintenance window, all AIM/HFA/ProLinkPlus apps may be temporarily unavailable or degraded. We recommend avoiding any critical operations during this time. Although we have scheduled two hours for this maintenance, we do not plan for the work to take that long. We will post updates here as the maintenance progresses and again once services have been fully restored. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

A new version of the HFA application is scheduled for production release on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. For most clients, the upgrade will take place after the close of business in each respective time zone. HHFDC will be upgraded at 8:30 a.m. MT (4:30 a.m. Hawaii). Each instance is scheduled for a 45-minute maintenance window, though we expect the actual downtime to be shorter. During the upgrade, the application will be temporarily unavailable.
