MONITORING

We have identified the cause of the performance issues in the Central region, which stemmed from an automated background system optimization process following recent infrastructure updates. We have manually accelerated this process, and CPU utilization has returned to normal levels. The system is operating as expected, and we are monitoring performance closely to ensure stability.

HFA Scheduled Upgrade NotificationPlanned Maintenance

Description

A new version of the HFA application is scheduled for production release on Wednesday, September 9th, 2026. For most clients, the upgrade will take place after the close of business in each respective time zone. HHFDC will be upgraded at 8:30 a.m. MT (5:30 a.m. Hawaii). Each instance is scheduled for a 45-minute maintenance window, though we expect the actual downtime to be shorter. During the upgrade, the application will be temporarily unavailable.
