Description

To ensure optimal performance and reliability, ProLink will need to conduct an out-of-band maintenance window for all systems. During this window, all applications will be unavailable. This maintenance will involve removing a recent OS level update that has impacted SMB file share functionality. While we do not expect to require the full duration of this window, it will remain reserved to ensure successful completion of the maintenance activities.

Description

A new version of the HFA application is scheduled to be released in production on Monday, October 20, 2025. The upgrade will occur at the end of the business day for each time zone, and although we are scheduling 60 minutes for each instance, we do not anticipate it will take that long. During the upgrade, the application will be unavailable.

Description

A new version of the Procorem application is scheduled to be released in production on Monday, October 20th. The upgrade will occur at 6 p.m. Mountain Time. We do not expect any downtime during the upgrade, but should any service interruption occur, it will be very minimal.

Description

In order to provide you with the best possible service, ProLink Solutions will need to initiate an Emergency maintenance window for AIM, HFA, ProLink+ and HHF this Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time. During this time, all AIM, HFA, ProLink+ and HHF applications will be unavailable. Although we do not anticipate using the entire maintenance window, it may be needed to complete this work. We appreciate your understanding and will work diligently to get the systems back up and running as soon as possible.
