You can expect a brief service interruption during this window and/or connection resets for dependent applications. While we do not expect to require the full duration of this window, it will remain reserved to ensure successful completion of the maintenance activities.

Description

A new version of the Procorem application is scheduled to be released in production on Thursday, July 23rd. The upgrade will occur at 6 p.m. Mountain Time. We do not expect any downtime during the upgrade, but should any service interruption occur, it will be very minimal.

Description

A new version of the HFA application is scheduled for production release on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. During the upgrade, the application will be temporarily unavailable. For most clients, the upgrade will take place after the close of business in each respective time zone. HHFDC will be upgraded sometime between 9:00 a.m. and noon MT (6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. HST). In the event that HHFDC's upgrade is not completed in the morning, an alternate maintenance window of 9:00 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. MT (5:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. HST) has been selected. Each instance is scheduled for a 45-minute maintenance window, though we expect the actual downtime to be shorter.
